1) Regalcards will commence work only after receiving full payment of total job to be executed.

2) For completing order 7 to 10 days time is required (In some cases it might be 12 to 15 days required).

3) All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

4) If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have to inform us within 2 days of the receipt of goods by e-mail. This excludes reasons of rejection already mentioned in this article. However, please note that the cost shipping is non-refundable, as this is used up and has to be paid regardless.

5) Payments should be made by credit cards through 128 bits Verisign secure server transactions provided by authorized payment gateway. Other options for payment are also available.

6) The text to be printed on cards of should be accepted by e-mail as MS. doc. file.

7) Wedding cards made from handmade paper may vary in shade, texture or consistency of thickness. The variation might be from 10% to 30%.

8) Real Pipal (Banyan) leaves used in some Wedding invitations may vary in size and shades. Regalcards is not responsible for wear and tear of these leaves while transit. Regalcards takes utmost care in packaging but being delicate there might be damage to leaves on some cards. Regalcards provides some extra leaves free of cost in all bulk consignments.

9) There might be possibility of dislodgement of icons pasted on some cards during transit which customer can easily affix at their ends.

10) As Regalcards does not manufactures the icons used in some cards it does not guarantees consistency in make, quality or color shade of the icons. Regalcards though takes utmost care in using and choosing best of them.

11) Getting wedding cards printed from Regalcards is optional. Regalcards can supply wedding invitations without printing too.

12) Printing charges for Wedding cards is extra which depends on quantity of cards, text to be printed and type of printing. Regalcards does not charge any extra amount to print logos or designs of your choice if they are to be printed in the color of the text.

13) Regalcards is not at all liable for damage to goods during transit though it promises utmost care while packing goods for dispatch.

14) No order can be cancelled once placed. Regalcards will not refund any amount on cancellation of order.

15) Regalcards is not at all responsible for delay in execution of order due to negligence of customer. It will require sufficient time to complete and dispatch order.

16) The images and the details for the cards shown www.regalcards.com are indicative. There might be slight variation in the actual look and the appearance of the card on our web site."


17) The price quote provided by Regalcards comprises Courier charges for door delivery. Door delivery charges given by Regalcards to the courier company does not include any custom duties or taxes occurring outside India during transit. It has to be paid by the customer.

18) Regalcards bears all Taxes levied by Government of India and all duties levied by any agency within India. Regalcards is not at all responsible for any taxes or duties levied by any agency outside India.

19) Regalcards is not at all responsible for delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances like any natural calamity or delay on part of the courier due to any reason that is not under control of Regalcards. No refund shall be provided in such cases.

20) Placing of order will be considered as your agreement with the Terms mentioned above.
