I apologize I was a bit harsh in my earlier mail.
I am normally not prone to be distrusting and angry,
but a probable delay in this consignment was on my
mind. I still should not have written angrily. I hope
I have not hurt your feelings too much. I checked
with FedEx who categorically told me the consignment
would be delivered on Monday, but, to my surprise
and delight, the package arrived Friday morning at
my house!!
Thank you very much for the professional way in which
you have written and interacted with me. I was very
worried about dealing with India based businesses,
as in my earlier experience I had encountered a lot
of problems. However, the cards were a delight. They
looked exactly as depicted in the Regal Web site,
and the printing was also done exactly as we agreed.
They look beautiful. Since they arrived on time, my
plans are back on time, and this gives me a great
experience to relate to all my friends. The cards
really look nice, as you said. They were a bit larger
than I imagined, so in retrospect, I might have used
bold printing, but that is just splitting hairs. They
look very good!
I am willing to recommend your services to anyone
who asks me.
You have said you spent more money than estimated
in transporting the goods. I am willing to make good
on my commitment that you should not lose on this
deal. Please send me the invoice for the extra cost
you incurred, and I shall pay it as promptly as I
did the earlier invoices.
All in all, it was a pleasure working with you. You
were prompt and courteous, and I recognize the difficulties
with which you probably were working, due to hoidays,
etc. I will probably come back to you within a few
days to ask about an additional shipment to Hyderabad.
